Developed for the Aloft APAC portfolio, the programme introduced a scalable beverage framework designed to support consistency across properties throughout the region. The project included a cocktail library of over forty drinks, alongside bar technical training, on-site activations, and curated OS&E guidance tailored to the W XYZ Bar environment.

Approach

Each Aloft property inherited a shared beverage foundation spanning cocktail specifications, preparation standards, service systems, and operational tools. The programme also included a technical training curriculum for W XYZ Bar teams, alongside curated OS&E guidance covering glassware, tools, and back-bar essentials. On-site activations and training visits helped properties implement the framework with operational clarity and brand consistency.
