Eight years inside one of the world's most decorated bars — barista in 2017, Head Bartender in 2022, now Beverage Director and Gin Researcher. ATLAS has placed on World's 50 Best Bars under her tenure (most recently #43 in 2024) and on Asia's 50 Best.
Designer of the “Simple Pleasures” menu (2023), built around the four classic cocktail families with milk-punch and zero-proof versions for every drink. Curator of the 1,300+ bottle ATLAS gin tower. Pioneer of refractometer-measured ABV transparency on the bar's menu. Guest shifts and brand work at top bars globally, and a written feature in The New York Times alongside coverage in The Straits Times and the regional drinks press.
Twin Spirits is the operational rigour she has built at ATLAS, made portable for ambitious operators elsewhere. Most recently authoring the cocktail programmes for W Bali and Niva Velassaru, Maldives.

Thomas is the marketing and strategy counterpart to Yana's bar craft. Over the last decade he has worked with food and beverage businesses across APAC on marketing positioning, advertising campaigns, and consumer research, including programmes for Moët Hennessy, Pernod Ricard, Diageo, and Rémy Martin.
