About Twin Spirits.
Twin Spirits is a hospitality and beverage consultancy founded by Yana Keller, built around the belief that great bar programmes are shaped as much by people and operations as they are by drinks.
Drawing from years spent across leading bars, hotels, and hospitality projects throughout Asia-Pacific, Twin Spirits develops beverage systems, training frameworks, and menu concepts designed to support modern service environments, balancing creativity, usability, and guest experience.
The studio works across cocktail development, operational systems, hospitality training, and concept direction, partnering closely with teams to create programmes that feel thoughtful, sustainable, and operationally grounded.
At its core, Twin Spirits approaches hospitality collaboratively, building programmes with clarity, adaptability, and a long-term view of how teams work, grow, and deliver service together.

Yana Keller.
Yana Keller is a Singapore-based beverage director and hospitality consultant whose work spans cocktail development, operational systems, training, and spirits curation across bars, hotels, and hospitality projects throughout Asia-Pacific.
Her background was shaped over eight years at ATLAS Singapore, where she progressed from barista to Beverage Director and Gin Researcher, contributing to the evolution of one of the region's most recognised cocktail bars. During this time, ATLAS received continued recognition on both The World's 50 Best Bars and Asia's 50 Best Bars lists, alongside accolades including World's Best Cocktail Menu, Best Low ABV Menu, and a Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards regional nomination for Best Bar Team.
At ATLAS, Yana led menu development, technical training, and beverage operations while overseeing one of the world's largest curated gin collections, spanning over 1,300 bottles. Her work includes the development of the “Simple Pleasures” menu, a programme built around the classic cocktail families with low and no-alcohol adaptations designed for broader guest accessibility.
Beyond ATLAS, her consultancy work has included beverage programmes, training systems, and operational frameworks for hospitality projects across the region, including W Bali, Niva Velassaru Maldives, Hilton APAC, Aloft APAC, and Moxy APAC.
