Brief

ATLAS Singapore is the home programme. Yana joined the bar as a barista in 2017, took the head bartender chair in 2022, and runs the beverage operation today as Beverage Director and Gin Researcher. Under her tenure ATLAS has placed on World's 50 Best Bars three years running (most recently #43 in 2024), the 1,300+ bottle gin tower has grown into a working library, and the bar has authored the menus that defined a decade of Singapore's cocktail scene.

Approach

The full operating playbook of a top-50 bar: menu architecture across the classic cocktail families, recipe and build sheets refractometer-checked for ABV transparency, batching and prep systems sized to a high volume bar, and the training curriculum that takes a new bartender from tasted-through to certified-solo in their first six weeks.
