Bartender
training.

Singapore · for hospitality teams

A beverage programme succeeds through the people serving it. We work with venue teams on technical skills, preparation habits and hospitality that make a drinks offer consistent from one shift to the next.

The building blocks

A good idea.
Every detail considered.

For operators developing an existing team, hotels implementing a beverage programme, and new openings preparing their bartenders for service. Training is scoped for the venue and its team.

Your proposal confirms the deliverables, review rounds, timing, fees and on-site support included.

The practical details
  1. A brief built around the team

We start with the menu, service expectations and the team's current experience. This identifies whether the priority is foundational technique, a new programme, product knowledge or a more consistent service routine.

  2. Technical bartender training

Training can cover cocktail builds, measurement, preparation and handling, recipe execution and written specifications. The emphasis is on the drinks and methods the venue actually needs.

  3. Hospitality and drinks knowledge

Knowing how a drink is made is one part of serving it well. We consider how the team explains the offer, understands guest preferences and makes considered recommendations.

  4. A practical handover

Agreed training materials and operational references support the work on the floor. Where assessment or follow-up is part of the engagement, the proposal sets out how it will be carried out.

Grounded in the real world

The details make
the difference.

Train against a real service brief

Share the drinks menu, specifications and service standards before the session. Practice is more useful when it reflects the ingredients, equipment and working space the team will use afterwards.

Allow time to practise

A demonstration and independent execution are different stages. The training plan should allow the team to make the drinks, ask questions and receive feedback.

Keep a reference on the floor

A new starter should be able to find the current recipe and preparation method. Agree how the venue will maintain reference materials as the menu evolves.

The way we work

From first conversation
to first serve.

Creative thinking, clear decisions and a practical handover. We develop the programme with the people who will bring it to life.

  1. Understand the brief

A free 30-minute discovery call starts with your venue or activation, guests, team, goals and timing.

  2. Agree the engagement

A written proposal defines the scope, deliverables, review rounds, timeline, fees and implementation support.

  3. Develop with your team

We work through creative and operational details together, with tasting, review and training as agreed.

  4. Prepare for service

The handover brings the programme into daily use through clear references and the agreed rollout support.

A little clarity

A few good questions.

Something else on your mind? Let’s talk.

Is this training for businesses or public cocktail classes?

Our consultancy training is designed for venue teams and their operating needs. Tell us about your bar, hotel or restaurant, the team's experience and the skills you want to develop.

Can training take place at our venue?

On-site collaboration and implementation are part of our consulting offer. We confirm the venue, equipment, group size, schedule and travel requirements when scoping the engagement.

Can training be combined with a menu launch?

Yes. Training can be scoped alongside cocktail development so the team practises the specifications, preparations and service approach for the new menu.
