Private
activations.

Singapore · for brands & agencies

A private activation should feel like one considered experience, from the welcome to the final serve. We develop the hospitality concept, cocktail and no-alcohol cocktail programme, research and development, and design direction around your brand, occasion and guests.

The building blocks

A good idea.
Every detail considered.

For brand teams and agencies planning private client events, launches, seasonal celebrations or invitation-only experiences in Singapore and across Asia-Pacific.

Your proposal confirms the deliverables, review rounds, timing, fees and on-site support included.

The practical details
  1. Hospitality concept and guest journey

We shape the story, atmosphere and rhythm of the hospitality experience: how guests are welcomed, how the drinks are introduced and how each service moment connects to the occasion. The concept brings the brand brief and guest experience together.

  2. Cocktail concept and R&D

We translate the creative direction into signature cocktails through ingredient research, recipe development and tasting. Flavour, presentation, glassware, garnish and service rituals are considered together, then refined against the brief and the practical conditions of the event.

  3. No-alcohol cocktail concept and R&D

No-alcohol cocktails receive their own creative development, with attention to structure, texture, aroma and presentation. We build an offer that belongs within the same hospitality concept and gives guests a considered choice throughout the experience.

  4. Design and creative direction

Menu storytelling, naming, visual references and guest-facing collateral connect the drinks to the wider experience. We develop the agreed design elements in line with the brand's identity, alongside direction for the presentation of each serve.

  5. Tastings and refinement

Tasting sessions and agreed review rounds bring the concept into focus before the event. Feedback informs recipe, presentation and design refinements, with clear approvals so the final programme is ready for handover.

  6. Preparation and service handover

Recipe specifications, preparation methods and service references translate the creative work into an executable programme. Team briefings, training and on-site support can be scoped with your venue, agency or event partners.

Grounded in the real world

The details make
the difference.

Start with the occasion and audience

Share the purpose of the activation, the guest profile, brand guidelines and the feeling you want to create. These decisions guide the welcome, drinks narrative, service style and design from the outset.

Develop for the event conditions

Guest numbers, service windows, preparation space, refrigeration, glassware and access all influence what can be delivered well. We consider these constraints during R&D so the concept works in the actual setting.

Agree the delivery responsibilities

The proposal defines creative development, design deliverables, tasting rounds, handover and any on-site support. Purchasing, fabrication, staffing and event production responsibilities are agreed with the wider delivery team.

The way we work

From first conversation
to first serve.

Creative thinking, clear decisions and a practical handover. We develop the programme with the people who will bring it to life.

  1. Understand the brief

A free 30-minute discovery call starts with your venue or activation, guests, team, goals and timing.

  2. Agree the engagement

A written proposal defines the scope, deliverables, review rounds, timeline, fees and implementation support.

  3. Develop with your team

We work through creative and operational details together, with tasting, review and training as agreed.

  4. Prepare for service

The handover brings the programme into daily use through clear references and the agreed rollout support.

A little clarity

A few good questions.

Something else on your mind? Let’s talk.

Can you develop the whole hospitality concept as well as the drinks?

Yes. We can bring together the guest journey, service moments, cocktail and no-alcohol cocktail concepts, R&D, and design direction in one brief. The proposal confirms the creative, design and implementation deliverables included.

Can the activation include a fully no-alcohol drinks programme?

Yes. We can develop a dedicated no-alcohol cocktail programme, or alcoholic and no-alcohol collections within the same concept. Ingredients, recipes and presentation are developed around the brief and guest preferences.

Can you work alongside our agency, venue or event team?

Yes. We can work with your existing team on the hospitality and beverage concept, R&D and agreed design elements. Approval stages, production responsibilities, training and any on-site support are defined when we scope the engagement.
