Approach

At Moxy the bar is the heart of the property, check-in happens at the bar, every guest moment passes through it, so the cocktail programme has to read younger, faster, and more playful than a typical hotel bar without losing technical rigour. Twin Spirits authored the full library, delivered on-site activation at each property, and ran the bar technical training that prepares each crew to execute the menu consistently from opening night.
