Brief

Developed for the Moxy APAC portfolio, the programme introduced a cocktail library of over twenty drinks designed for implementation across properties throughout the region. Alongside the beverage collection sat on-site activations and bar technical training designed to support consistency, usability, and the pace of the Moxy service environment.

Approach

At Moxy, the bar sits at the centre of the guest experience. Functioning as a social hub, arrival point, and high-energy service space throughout the day. The beverage programme was designed to reflect this rhythm through approachable, fast-paced cocktails that balanced operational efficiency with strong technical foundations. Alongside the cocktail library, the project included on-site activations and technical training designed to help each property implement the programme with confidence and consistency.
