Kintan is a contemporary Japanese dining and bar in Nha Trang, blending yakiniku service with a relaxed beachfront cocktail experience. Twin Spirits refreshed the beverage programme around a considered cocktail list, custom highballs inspired by Japanese drinking traditions, and frozen serves built for the climate.

Approach

On-site observation of service and guest behaviour first, then a programme designed for both the restaurant and the beach culture surrounding it. Spirits and ingredients sourced from local suppliers so the menu runs practically, paired with a costing framework that supports daily operations. Menu redesigned to read clearly for an international audience, and an on-site training week ensured the team could execute the new drinks, systems, and service approach confidently from day one.
