Brief
Twin Spirits authored the cocktail programme for the Small Luxury Hotels of the World island in the South Malé Atoll. Yana built the menu concept around the Maldives' supply-chain reality across both resort bars (sunset-led at Chill, all-day at Fen), ran the R&D on-site, then trained the rotating bar team on her method and recipes.

Approach
Menu architecture designed to perform with the ingredients that actually clear customs in Malé. Substitution playbooks so the team can recover when a key bottle doesn't land. Prep and batching SOPs tuned for a small crew under 24/7 service, and a self-onboarding training pack the resort re-uses as bartenders rotate through the island. Twin Spirits also filmed and edited a library of mise-en-place videos for the team so new bartenders rotating through the island can learn each prep step at their own pace, without flying in a trainer for every onboarding cycle.
