Brief
Developed during Yana's time working alongside leading hospitality consultancy groups, for a Small Luxury Hotels of the World property in the South Malé Atoll, the programme was designed around the operational realities of island hospitality. The beverage concept spanned multiple resort venues, balancing sunset-led cocktails, all-day drinking formats, and premium resort service while accounting for the unique supply conditions of the Maldives.

Approach
The programme focused on adaptable menu architecture, ingredient substitution frameworks, and preparation systems designed to support a rotating bar team operating within a remote island environment. Alongside on-site training, the project included onboarding resources and a digital preparation library designed to help new team members integrate into the programme with clarity and operational consistency.
